Design-build renovation and conversion of a 30,000 square foot 2-story concrete classroom building to an administrative facility. Built in 1960 as the Assault Amphibian School, this project totally gutted and converted the building for use as a Battalion Headquarters as well as providing seismic upgrade/retrofit, new storefront entry, enlarged window openings, enlarged/reconfigured restrooms and showers, new standing seam metal roof, telecommunications systems, vault, HVAC, elevator, hazardous materials removal, and ATFP and ADA compliance.
